摘　　要：将芒草秸秆粉碎,分别采用1%H_2SO_4、1%NaOH、蒸汽爆破(SE)、1%Tween-80和SE+1%Tween-80等5种方法对芒草秸秆粉末进行预处理,然后加入纤维素复合酶进行酶解产糖,通过测定酶解上清液中六碳糖的含量来比较不同预处理方法对芒草酶解效率的影响。结果表明,采用SE+1%Tween-80预处理,芒草酶解效率最高,可达74.45%,较未处理提高了3.75～11.79倍;采用1%H_2SO_4、1%NaOH、SE或1%Tween-80预处理,芒草酶解效率较未处理分别提高了0.55～3.24倍、2.52～5.60倍、1.30～5.97倍和0～0.96倍,其中1%Tween-80预处理对芒草秸秆的酶解几乎没有任何促进作用。After pulverizing Miscanthus straw,we pretreated the straw powder by using the methods of 1%H 2SO 4,1%NaOH,steam-explosion (SE),1%Tween-80,and SE+1%Tween-80,and then added complex cellulases to produce glucose by enzymolysis.Moreover,we compared the effects of different pretreatments on the enzymolysis efficiency of Miscanthus through the determination of hexose contents in the supernatants.The results show that the enzymolysis efficiency of Miscanthus can reach 74.45% after pretreatment by SE+1%Tween- 80,which increases by 3.75-11.79 times of non-pretreatment.In addition,the enzymolysis efficiency of Miscanthus after pretreatment by 1%H 2SO 4,1%NaOH,SE,and 1%Tween-80 will increase by 0.55- 3.24,2.52- 5.60 ,1.30-5.97,and 0-0.96 times of non- pretreatment,respectively.Among them,pretreatment of 1%Tween-80 has hardly effect on the enzymolysis of Miscanthus .
