摘　　要：目的探讨伴有失眠的老年病人的述情特征。方法通过方便取样对152例来我院精神科就诊的伴有失眠的≥60岁老年病人进行多伦多抒情障碍量表测验、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)测验,并将调查结果与150例健康志愿者进行比较。结果伴有失眠的老年病人多伦多抒情障碍因子Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ得分高于对照组(t=4. 87、7. 25、4. 56,P均<0. 001);伴有失眠的老年人其PSQI量表得分与其多伦多述情障碍量表因子Ⅳ呈正相关(r=1. 000,P<0. 001)。结论伴有失眠的老年人具有一定的述情障碍,并与睡眠障碍相互影响,提示医护人员应重视对失眠病人抒情障碍的评估。Objective To explore the alexithymia characteristics of the elderly patients with insomnia.Methods A total of 152 elderly patients with insomnia and 150 healthy volunteers were evaluated by the Toronto Alexithymia scale(TAS)-26 and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),and the results were compared between two groups.Results The scores of alexithymia factorⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅣin the elderly patients with insomnia were higher than those of healthy volunteers(t=4.87,7.25,4.56,all P<0.001).There was a positive correlation between the scores of PSQI and the factorⅣof TAS(r=1.000,P<0.001)in elderly patients with insomnia.Conclusions The elderly patients with insomnia have a certain level of alexithymia.The alexihymia characteristics interact with sleep disorders.
