葛酮通络胶囊联合降纤酶注射液治疗老年急性脑梗死的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究葛酮通络胶囊联合降纤酶注射液治疗老年急性脑梗死的疗效。方法选取2016年6月至2018年4月期间在我院接受治疗的老年急性脑梗死病人128例,分为对照组和试验组。对照组在常规治疗基础上,采用降纤酶注射液进行治疗,试验组在对照组基础上增加葛酮通络胶囊进行治疗,疗程15 d。观察并比较2组疗效,血管生成素-1(Ang-1)、内皮素-1、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平,神经功能缺损评分及不良反应发生率。结果试验组与对照组的总有效率分别为95. 31%、78. 13%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。治疗前,试验组与对照组ANG-1、内皮素-1、VEGF水平及神经功能缺损评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0. 05);治疗后,试验组ANG-1、内皮素-1水平及神经功能缺损评分均低于对照组,VEGF水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0. 05)。试验组与对照组的总不良反应发生率均为6. 25%。结论葛酮通络胶囊联合降纤酶注射液能够调节老年急性脑梗死病人的细胞因子水平,促进病人神经功能恢复,治疗效果显著。Objective To explore the efficacy of Getong Tongluo capsule combined with defibrase injection in the elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 128 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from June 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled.The control group was treated with defibrase injection on the basis of routine treatment,and experimental group was treated with Tongluo capsule on the treatment of control group,the course of treatment was 15 days.The efficacy,the levels of angiopoietin-1(Ang-1),endothelin-1,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(95.31%vs 78.13%,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in levels of ANG-1,endothelin-1,VEGF,and neurological deficit score between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the levels of ANG-1 and endothelin-1,and the neurological deficit score in the experimental group were significantly lower,the level of VEGF was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of total adverse reactions was 6.25%in both experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions Getong Tongluo capsule combined with defibrase injection can regulate the cytokine levels and promote the recovery of neurological function in the elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction.
