摘　　要：目前世界各国的胃癌发病率仍然较高。胃癌是多因素导致的结果,其中单核苷酸多态性是一种较常见的遗传因素,DNA修复基因多态性是其中关键的类型之一。本文就DNA修复基因多态性与胃癌易感性的研究进展作一综述。The prevalence of gastric cancer is still relatively high in the world.There are many factors affecting the occurrence of gastric cancer,among which single nucleotide polymorphism is one of the commonly seen genetic factors,and DNA repair gene polymorphism is one of the key types.This article reviewed the progress in research on DNA repair gene polymorphism and gastric cancer susceptibility.
