摘  要:本试验主要研究盆栽催花牡丹在生长发育过程中对大量元素N、P、K和Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu等中微量元素的需求规律,为催花牡丹的养分管理技术提供理论依据。结果表明,牡丹植株萌芽后至盛花期,新生组织对N、P、K和Cu、Zn、Fe的需求量急剧增加;新生组织生长发育前期对Zn和Fe的需求相对较高,后期需求较少;对N、P、K和Cu的需求则持续增加。因此,在生产过程中,可以通过在上盆后浇灌含较高N、P、K及Zn、Cu、Fe元素的营养液,幼蕾期后结合叶面喷施尿素和磷酸二氢钾溶液,促进前期生长和花蕾发育,提高催花牡丹开花质量。This experiment mainly studies the requirement rule of major elements like N, P, K, and medium and micro elements such as Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu in the growth and development of potted flower-promoting peony, which provides theoretical basis for nutrient management technology. The results show that the demand for N, P, K, Cu, Zn and Fe increases sharply from germination to flowering stage. The demand for Zn and Fe is relatively high at the early stage of growth, but less at the later stage, while the demand for N, P, K and Cu continues to increase. Therefore, in the production process, we can promote the early growth and bud development and improve the quality of flowering peony by irrigating nutrient solution containing higher N, P, K, Zn, Cu and Fe after potting and spraying urea and potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution on the leaves after budding stage.
