健康信念模式在老年高危糖尿病足病人护理中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的健康信念模式在老年高危糖尿病足病人护理中的应用。方法选取我院收治的老年高危糖尿病足病人50例,随机将患者分为对照组(一般健康教育)和观察组(健康信念模式),对比两组护理效果。结果观察组患者的用药干预、饮食干预、足部护理、血糖监护等指标评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年高危糖尿病足病人护理中应用健康信念模式,能够提高患者临床治疗效果,值得在临床中推广运用。Objective The application of health belief model in elderly patients with high-risk diabetic foot care. Methods Fifty elderly patients with high-risk diabetic foot in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into a control group (generalhealth education) and an observation group (health belief model). The effect of nursing care was compared between the two groups. Results The scores of medication intervention, diet intervention, foot care and blood glucose monitoring in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of health belief model in the care of elderly patients with high-risk diabetic foot can improve the clinical treatment effect of patients, which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
