摘　　要：目的探讨以兰索拉唑或奥美拉唑为主的三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡的效果。方法随机选取我院收治的92例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者为研究对象,采用摸球法将患者分为A组(n=46,兰索拉唑+阿莫西林+克拉霉素)与B组(n=46,奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+克拉霉素)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 A组治疗总有效率显著高于B组(P<0.05);A组Hp根除率高于B组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IL-8、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且A组低于B组(P<0.05)。结论 Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者采用以兰索拉唑为主的三联疗法,可增强疗效,提升Hp根除率,减轻炎性反应。Objective To investigate the effect of triple therapy based on lansoprazole or omeprazole in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) positive peptic ulcer. Methods A total of 92 cases of Hp positive peptic ulcer patients admitted in our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects and divided into group A(lansoprazole +amoxicillin +clarithromycin) and group B(omeprazole +amoxicillin +clarithromycin) by ball method. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the group A was significantly higher than that in the group B(P<0.05). The eradication rate of Hp in the group A was higher than that in the group B(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-8, hs-CRP and TNF-α in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the group A were lower than the group B(P<0.05). Conclusion The triple therapy based on lansoprazole in the treatment of Hp positive peptic ulcer patients can enhance the curative effect, improve the eradication rate of Hp, and reduce the inflammatory reaction.
