摘　　要：目的探讨地西他滨联合CAG方案治疗急性髓系白血病的效果。方法随机抽样法选取本院50例急性髓系白血病患者为研究对象,采用平行对照法将其平均分为研究组(地西他滨+CAG方案)与对照组(CAG方案)。比较两组的治疗效果及免疫水平。结果研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组CD3^+、CD4^+水平均高于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组sICAM-1、sVCAM-1水平均低于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05)。结论采用地西他滨联合CAG方案治疗急性髓系白血病可改善临床效果,调节机体免疫功能,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of descitabine combined with CAG regimen in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia. Methods Fifty patients with acute myeloid leukemia were selected as the study objects by random sampling and divided into study group (descitabine+CAG regimen) and control group (CAG regimen) on average by parallel control method. The therapeutic effects and levels of immune indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD3+ and CD4+ in the study group were higher than those in the control group and before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 in the study group were lower than those in the control group and before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Desetabine combined with CAG regimen can improve the therapeutic effect and regulate the immune function of the body in acute myeloid leukemia, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
