摘　　要：目的观察注射用丹参多酚酸盐联合丁苯酞软胶囊对缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者神经功能缺损及认知功能的影响。方法选取我院2015年4月至2018年5月缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者137例为研究对象,采用抽签法将其分为对照组和研究组。对照组68例采用丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,研究组69例在对照组的基础上采用注射用丹参多酚酸盐治疗。比较两组认知功能(MoCA)、神经功能(NIHSS)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组MoCA、NIHSS评分无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组MoCA评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论对缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者采用注射用丹参多酚酸盐联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,能有效改善其认知功能及神经功能,且安全性较高。Objective To observe the effect of Danshen polyphenolate for injection + butylphthalide soft capsules on neurologic impairment and cognitive function in patients with cerebral arterial thrombosis during convalescence. Methods A total of 137 cases of convalescent patients with cerebral arterial thrombosis in our hospital from April 2015 to May 2018 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and research group by lottery method. In the control group, 68 patients were treated with butylphthalide soft capsule;and 69 patients in the study group were treated with Danshen polyphenolate for injection on the basis of the control group. The scores of cognitive function (MoCA) and neurologic function (NIHSS) and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the scores of MoCA and NIHSS between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the MoCA score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion For convalescent patients with cerebral arterial thrombosis, Danshen polyphenolate for injection+butylphthalide soft capsule can effectively improve cognitive function and neurologic function of patients and has higher safe.
