摘　　要：目的分析CT与MR诊断腹膜后原发性肿瘤的临床价值。方法选取2016年7月至2018年2月于本院进行CT与MR检查的48例腹膜后原发性肿瘤患者为研究对象,并将其CT与MR检查的结果与病理检查结果作对比,分析CT与MR在诊断腹膜后原发性肿瘤中的价值。结果 48例腹膜后原发性肿瘤患者中,病理学确诊良性为10例,占20.83%;恶性38例,占79.17%。CT诊断的特异度为90.00%,灵敏度为94.74%,准确度为93.75%;MR诊断的特异度为90.00%,灵敏度为92.11%,准确度为91.67%;CT诊断与MR诊断的特异度、灵敏度及准确度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CT与MR在诊断腹膜后原发性肿瘤均具有较高的准确度、灵敏度、特异度,对临床腹膜后肿瘤的诊断具有重要的意义。Objective To analyze the clinical value of CT and MR in the diagnosis of primary retroperitoneal tumors. Methods Forty-eight patients with primary retroperitoneal tumors who underwent CT and MR examinations in our hospital from July 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the study objects, and the results of CT and MR examinations of patients were compared with those of pathological examinations. The values of CT and MR in the diagnosis of primary retroperitoneal tumors were analyzed. Results Of the 48 patients with primary retroperitoneal tumors, 10 cases (20.83%) were benign and 38 cases (79.17%) were malignant. The specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of CT diagnosis were 90.00%, 94.74% and 93.75%;the specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of MR diagnosis were 90.00%, 92.11% and 91.67%;there were no significant differences between CT diagnosis and MR diagnosis in specificity, sensitivity and accuracy (P>0.05). Conclusion CT and MR have high accuracy, sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of primary retroperitoneal tumors, which are of great significance in the clinical diagnosis of primary retroperitoneal tumors.
