摘  要:为促进信息融合技术在桥梁管养决策中的应用,进一步推动桥梁工程领域的信息化进程,建立了特大型桥梁的养护信息融合框架。首先,分析了基于建设阶段和运营阶段的特大型桥梁纵、横向信息来源和流转路径。其次,提出了数据级、特征级和决策级3个信息融合层级,并阐述了各层级信息融合的主要内涵。再次,构建了由实施保障、流程保障、标准保障、模型保障组成的信息融合保障体系。最后,以港珠澳大桥的管养信息平台为例,阐述了信息融合技术在桥梁工程领域中的应用。结果表明,信息融合技术有助于构建规模巨大、构造复杂的特大型桥梁管养系统,并可有效提升管养决策的客观性。To promote the application of information fusion technique in the decision-making of management and maintenance of bridge, and further promote the information progress in the field of bridge engineering, we established a framework based on the maintenance information fusion for bridges. Firstly, we analyzed information sources and transfer paths in construction and operation stages of bridges from enterprises and administration. Secondly, we proposed 3 levels of information fusion, including the data level, feature level, and decision-making level, and explained corresponding connotations at different levels. Thirdly, we constructed a guarantee system of information fusion consisting of the implementsupport, procedure support, standard support and model support. Finally, taking the maintenance information platform of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge as an example, we demonstrated the application of the information fusion technique in the bridge engineering. The results show that the information fusion technique is helpful to build a huge and complex maintenance system for bridges and can effectively enhance the objectivity of decision-making strategy.
