摘 要:青少年的体育锻炼活动不仅仅是身体的参与,心理活动也是影响其锻炼效果的重要因素。本文通过问卷调查、实地调查法以及逻辑分析法分析河南省初中阶段的青少年在学校体育和课外体育俱乐部中的心理感受。最终发现学校体育较体育俱乐部对运动成绩较好的学生有更多的关注现象,这不利于运动成绩中差水平学生群体的体育锻炼效果和心理发育。建议对不同运动能力水平的学生采用不同的训练方式,同时关注运动能力较差学生的心理活动,提高体育课数量和教师配备,激发学生在体育运动的主观能动性,建立学校-社会-家庭三级联动机制,在获得体育考试理想的分数的同时培养健康积极的人格。Teenagers’ physical exercise is not only physical participation, but also psychological activity is an important factor affecting their exercise effect. Through questionnaire survey, field survey and logical analysis, this paper analyses the psychological feelings of young people in junior middle school in Henan Province in school sports and extracurricular sports. Finally, it is found that school physical education pays more attention to students with better sports performance than sports clubs,which is not conducive to the physical exercise effect and psychological development of students with poor sports performance. It is suggested that different training methods should be adopted for students with different sports abilities. At the same time, attention should be paid to the psychological activities of students with poor sports abilities, the number of physical education classes and teachers should be improved, the subjective initiative of students in sports should be stimulated,and the three-level linkage mechanism of school-society-family should be established so as to cultivate healthy and positive personality while obtaining the ideal scores of physical education examination.
