摘　　要：目的探讨小脑发育不良性节细胞瘤的多参数MR特征,提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析12例经病理证实的小脑发育不良性节细胞瘤患者的临床资料,并对其多参数MR特征进行分析。结果本组8例肿瘤位于右侧小脑半球,4例位于左侧小脑半球,4例肿瘤同时累及小脑蚓部,均合并不同程度的梗阻性脑积水。11例在常规序列(T_1WI、T_2WI)可见典型"虎纹征",增强扫描9例肿瘤内均见轻度线样强化影,3例无明显强化;5例行DWI扫描病例中,3例肿瘤在DWI及ADC均呈等信号,2例在DWI及ADC均呈稍高信号。4例行3D-ASL检查病例示肿瘤均呈高灌注。结论小脑发育不良性节细胞瘤的MRI表现具有典型的特征,尤其DWI及ASL可进一步帮助临床对该病的诊断。Objective To investigate the MRI appearance of dysplastic cerebellar gangliocytoma. Methods Multiple MRI parameters of 12 patients with pathologically confirmed dysplastic cerebellar gangliocytoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results The tumors were distributed in the vermis (4), right (8), or left (4) cerebellar hemisphere with obstructive hydrocephalus. 11 tumors showed the typical striped appearance on T1- and T2-weighted images with (9) or without (3) linear enhancement. In 5 patients who underwent diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI), the tumors were isointense (3) or slightly hyperintense (2). All tumors showed hyperperfusion in 4 patients who underwent arterial spin labeling (ASL) scan. Conclusion Conventional MRI, DWI and ASL have typical appearance that help in the diagnosis of dysplastic cerebellar gangliocytoma.
