摘  要:目的探讨微格教学法在口腔实习生医院感染相关知识岗前培训中的应用效果。方法将我科2014—2017年接受的口腔医学专业实习生54名使用SPSS 19. 0软件随机分成传统教学组与微格教学组,调查两组实习生的培训前后各种医院感染知识的掌握情况。结果微格教学组在医院感染管理的法律法规、基本理论与基本知识、基本技能操作考核的得分均高于传统教学组,学生对微格教学法的评价明显高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义。结论微格教学法的应用激发了实习生对院感相关知识的学习兴趣、提高了学生的学习效果,有利于医院感染的控制。Objective To explore the effect of micro-teaching method in pre-job training of dental interns on hospital infection related knowledge. Methods Fifty-four dental interns accepted by our department from 2014 to 2017 were randomly divided into a traditional teaching group and a micro-teaching group using SPSS19.0 software, and their mastery of hospital infection knowledge before and after training was investigated. Results The scores of laws and regulations, theoretical knowledge and skill exercise assessment of the microteaching group in nosocomial infection management were higher than those of the traditional teaching group, the evaluation of microteaching is obviously higher than that of the traditional teaching group. And the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of micro-teaching method has stimulated interns’ interest in learning knowledge related to the hospital, improved students’ learning efficiency and facilitated the control of the nosocomial Infection.
