摘　　要：论文提出了一种异步FIFO(First Input First Output)特殊功能测试方法,该方法通过功能测试与交流参数测试相结合的方式完成了对Read Data Flow Through和Write Data Flow Through的功能测试,从而填补了对此类器件该项测试上的空白,提高了测试覆盖率,提高了异步FIFO测试能力。且在执行测试过程中,采用Spec Search方法测试交流参数t WEF和tRFF来验证两种模式的功能,有效地提高了测试效率。This paper presents a special function test method for asynchronous FIFO(First Input First Output).The method completes the functional tests for Read Data Flow Through and Write Data Flow Through by the combination of functional test and AC parameter test.The method fills the gaps on the test for such devices and improves test coverage and testing capability for asynchronous FIFO.Furthermore,in the implementation of the test process,the AC parameters tWEF and tRFF can be tested to verify these two functions by using the Spec Search method,which effectively improves test efficiency.
