7种鲜食高品质番茄果实发育与产量品质比较

摘　　要：为了筛选出适宜鲜食的高品质番茄品种,试验选取适宜鲜食的4个大果番茄品种和3个樱桃番茄品种,对其果实发育、品质性状和产量性状进行比较。结果表明:设施内各环境因子除平均最低温度和露点温度外,各温度都随时间呈波动式缓慢上升趋势,大果番茄‘Y16-A02’的果实日增量高于其他品种,且各品种果实增量变化趋势基本一致。通过环境因子与大果番茄果实日增量的相关分析及果实日增量的回归模型得出,对大果番茄‘京番301’‘粉太郎2号’‘京番308’和‘Y16-A02’果实日增量贡献最大的环境因子分别是昼夜温差、平均最大温度、平均最低温度和地温。通过番茄产量和品质分析得出,大果番茄‘京番308’品质佳,可以满足消费者对大果番茄品质的需求;‘京番301’品质佳,产量高,综合评价最高,可以满足消费者对大果番茄产量和品质的需求;樱桃番茄‘Y17-A11’品质极佳,果实呈黄色,可满足消费者对樱桃番茄品质和果实色泽的需求;‘香妃3号’产量高,感官评价高,可以满足消费者对樱桃番茄的市场需求。In order to screen high-quality tomato varieties,4 large-fruited tomato varieties and 3 cherry tomato varieties were selected in this study.By comparison of fruit development,quality and yield traits,the results showed that the environmental factors increased slowly in addition to the mean minimum temperature and mean dew point temperature.The fruit increment per day of‘Y16-A02’was higher than that of other varieties,and the main trend of fruit growth of each variety was same.Based on the correlation analysis between environmental factors and the fruit increment per day,the regression model of the fruit increment per day,the mean temperature difference,mean maximum temperature,mean minimum temperature and mean soil temperature were main environment factors affecting the fruit increment per day.Based on the analysis of tomato yield and quality,the large-fruited tomato‘Jingfan 308’had good quality and good flavor to satisfy the consumers demand.‘Jingfan 301’had good quality,high yield and highest use value,which could meet consumers’demand for both yield and quality of large-fruited tomato.The fruit of‘Y17-A11’was yellow,its quality and flavor were best one in cherry tomatoes,so it could satisfy the consumers’demand for cherry tomato quality and fruit color.The‘Xiangfei No.3’had high yield and excellent flavor,it could satisfy the consumers’market demand for cherry tomatoes.
