艾儒棣教授运用发汗开窍法联合保湿滋润法治疗银屑病经验

摘　　要：银屑病是一种红斑鳞屑性疾病,目前对其病因认识主要为血热、血虚、血瘀和湿毒,其治则主要为清热凉血、疏风养血润燥、活血化瘀、清热利湿。在临床上,初患此病,或病位轻浅,或热势不甚,或皮肤干燥无汗,可考虑运用发汗开窍法来行津液、开毛窍治疗银屑病。古人云"有是证,用是药"。银屑病发病时,大多其皮损肥厚干燥,有津液不足之征,需用保湿滋润之法,通过临床实践发现,外用橄榄油、荷荷巴油取得的疗效可观。Psoriasis is a disease of erythema scale,nowdays,the main etiological factors are blood fever,blood deficiency,blood stasis,dampness and pyretic toxicity. Its treatment principle are mainly for clearing heat and cooling blood,sparing wind and nourishing blood to moisten dryness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing away heat and exhausting dampness. In daily clinical practice,if the disease is first ever had or the position of the disease is light and shallow,or the thermal condition is not very great,or the skin is dry and there’s no sweat seeping through pores,it can be considered using perspiration to let the body fluid flow and open the pores to treat psoriasis."If there is evidence,it is medicine". During the seizure of proriasis,the skin lesion is thick and dry,there is a shortage of body fluid,so the method of moisturizing is needed. It was found that the curative effect of olive oil and jojoba oil was remarkable through clinical practice.
