摘　　要：以中医虚、瘀(郁)病机为切入点,探索视神经萎缩的中医药治疗理论基础,分别从视神经萎缩的中医文献支撑、虚证、瘀血、从虚瘀(郁)论治视神经萎缩等几个方面阐述,旨在为临床与科研提供精准、切实的理论依据。Taking the pathogenesis of deficiency and blood stasis syndrome as a breakthrough to explore the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of optic atrophy as follows: general literature on optic atrophy in traditional Chinese medicine,deficiency syndrome,blood stasis and remedies based on deficient and stagnated pathogenesis for optic atrophy. This paper aims to provide practical and precise theoretical basis on optic atrophy for clinical and scientific researchers.
