摘 要:临床医学"5+3"一体化是我国在医教协同背景下,为培养卓越医生而实施的人才培养新模式。汕头大学医学院从"整体优化、面向临床"的原则出发,构建"5+3"一体化人才培养模式。在此,阐述了该校具体做法、实施进程,以及在具体工作中遇到的问题与解决策略,以期为高等医学院校长学制医学人才培养的改革提供参考意义。"5+3" integrated training program is a new training model to cultivate doctors under the background of preclinical teaching and clinical training integration. Based on practice in Shantou University Medical College, the program design current progress and solution to the problem were elaborated. It adheres to principles of overall optimization and orienting to clinic, and to ensure the smooth implementation of the training model. Which will provide important reference for the reform of long-term medical training program in higher medical colleges and universities.
