摘 要:目的探讨"三番式"教学在消化科临床技能教学中的应用及效果。方法将2011级七年制学生2个班共64人,采用随机对照形式分为两组,A组(32人)进行传统临床教学,B组(32人)进行"三番式"(分阶段)培养。比较两组学生临床技能操作考核成绩、综合病例成绩及总成绩。应用SPSS19.0软件对两组间数据行t检验。结果B组学生临床技能成绩高于A组学生,但差异无统计学意义;B组学生综合病例成绩高于A组学生,差异具有统计学意义;B组学生的总成绩优于A组学生总成绩,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论采用"三番式"教学有助于提高学生实习兴趣,尤其在培养学生解决临床实际问题的能力及临床思维上有更明显的优势,值得推广。Objective To investigate the application of staged teaching method in clinical teaching of gastroenterology. Methods 64 students were randomly divided into two groups: group A (n=32) was taught by traditional teaching method and group B (n=32) by staged teaching method. The scores of clinical technique skills, comprehensive cases and total scores were compared between the two groups. SPSS 19.0 was used for t test and statistical significance was established at a P value of less than 0.05. Results The scores of technique skill in group B were higher than that in group A, but there was no statistical significance. The scores of comprehensive cases in group B were higher than that in group A, and there was statistical significance. The total scores in group B were higher than those in group A, and there was statistical significance (P=0.003). Conclusion The staged teaching method could be promoted for its advantages in encouraging the students' interest in study, improving their ability to analyze problems and elevating their ability of practice.
