摘  要:基于现代冶金全流程实验表征技术,上海大学冶金物化实验测试平台分为几部分:实验前样品物性参数的测定,高温反应实验过程的原位表征,实验尾气在线监测,实验产物成分、性能及微观形貌的综合分析测试。平台实行预约管理,配备专业教师科学管理,同时在上海大学贵重仪器共享实验平台与上海市研发公共服务平台上共享资源,为校内外科研企事业单位提供专业的分析测试服务。本平台的综合管理和共享建设理念有效地提高了大型仪器的管理水平和使用效率,为冶金过程实验教学、研发冶金新流程、新工艺及冶金新材料制备等教学与科研提供了有力的技术支撑。Based on the modern metallurgical whole process experimental characterization technology, the metallurgical physicochemical experimental test platform of Shanghai University is consised of several parts: the determination of the physical parameters of the sample before the experiment, the in-situ characterization of the high temperature reaction experiment process, the online monitoring of the experimental exhaust gas, the comprehensive analysis of the composition, performance and microstructures of the experimental product. The platform implements appointment management, and is equipped with professional teachers for scientific management. At the same time, it shares resources on the valuable instrument sharing experimental platform of Shanghai University and Shanghai R&D public service platform to provide professional analysis and testing services for scientific research enterprises and institutions inside and outside the school. The integrated management and sharing construction concept of the platform will effectively improve the management level and use efficiency of large-scale instruments, and provide powerful technical support for the teaching and research fields of metallurgical process experiment, the development of new metallurgical processes and new metallurgical materials.
