改良泪道引流管置管术治疗泪道阻塞性患者的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨改良泪道引流管置管术治疗泪道阻塞性患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年9月间该院收治的泪道阻塞性疾病患者50例(共48眼)为该次研究对象,随机将患者分成观察组和对照组,每组25例(24眼),观察组患者采用改良泪道引流管置管术进行治疗,对照组患者采用传统泪道引流管置管术进行治疗,比较分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的临床治疗效果显著高于对照组,两组相比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.014,P<0.05)。结论改良泪道引流管置管术不但具备传统泪道置管术的优势,还能够显著减小手术期间的潜在风险,并且能够使得患者所承受的手术创伤与经济负担减小,其治疗效果是非常理想的,具备较大的眼科临床应用与推广意义。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified lacrimal drainage tube catheterization in the treatment of patients with lacrimal duct obstruction.Methods 50 patients(48 eye)with lacrimal duct obstructive disease admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 were included for the study and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,25 cases(24 eyes)in each group.The observation group was treated with modified lacrimal drainage tube catheter,and the control group was treated with traditional lacrimal drainage.Tube placement was performed for treatment,and the clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical treatment effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=5.014,P<0.05).Conclusion Improved lacrimal drainage tube catheterization not only has the advantages of traditional lacrimal duct catheterization,but also significantly reduces the potential risks during surgery,and can reduce the surgical trauma and economic burden of patients.The therapeutic effect is very ideal,with a large clinical application and promotion significance of ophthalmology.
