胞磷胆碱联合美金刚治疗血管性痴呆的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究胞磷胆碱联合美金刚治疗血管性痴呆的临床效果。方法选取2017年5月—2018年5月在该院接受治疗的血管性痴呆患者94例,根据患者接受治疗方式的不同,将所有患者分为两组,对照组患者接受胞磷胆碱治疗,观察组患者接受胞磷胆碱联合美金刚治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果和MMSE评分、ADL评分、HDS评分、MoCA评分。结果经过治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.74%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为76.60%,两组患者数据对比,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.230 8,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的MMSE评分为(21.38±2.17)分、ADL评分为(33.72±3.25)分、HDS评分为(27.53±2.48)分、MoCA评分为(22.56±2.28)分,明显高于对照组患者治疗后的MMSE评分、ADL评分、HDS评分、MoCA评分(P<0.05)。结论血管性痴呆患者接受胞磷胆碱联合美金刚治疗,可以有效改善患者的认知功能,提高治疗效果,值得推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of citicoline combined with memantine in the treatment of vascular dementia.Methods 94 patients with vascular dementia treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected.According to the different treatment methods,all patients were divided into 2 groups.The control group received citicoline treatment.The observation group received citicoline combined with memantine treatment,the therapeutic effects and MMSE score,ADL score,HDS score,and MoCA score of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.74%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.60%.The data of the two groups were significantly different(χ2=7.230 8,P<0.05).After treatment,The MMSE scores of the observation group were(21.38±2.17)points,the ADL score was(33.72±3.25)points,the HDS score was(27.53±2.48)points,and the MoCA score was(22.56±2.28)points,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.The MMSE score,ADL score,HDS score,and MoCA score after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with vascular dementia receiving citicoline combined with memantine can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients and improve the therapeutic effect.It is worthy of popularization and application.
