On the High Housing Price and Regional Education Balance in Guangzhou School Districts

摘  要:2014年,广州积极响应教育部的号召,积极筹划与推出九年义务教育阶段就近免试入学,然而市场呈现出与政策相违背的发展趋势,省一级学校所在区域房价高企。推高学区房房价的背后最主要原因是教育资源的不均衡、优势教育资源稀缺。彻底均衡区域教育水平的根本,在于通过校际交流、教师互动和家校合作,强化校家生三维一体化共建从源头上实现教育公平与平等,减低房价缓解家庭压力,让每个适龄孩子享受到同样的教学资源。In 2014,Guangzhou responded positively to the call of the Ministry of Education and actively planned and launched the nine-year compulsory education stage of near-test-free admission.Under the radiation of the policy,the market showed a development trend contrary to the policy,and the housing prices of provincial-level schools in the region rose rapidly.The main reason behind the increase of housing prices in school districts is the imbalance of educational resources and the scarcity of superior educational resources,which leads parents to borrow money to invest in degree houses and solve the problem of high-quality education for children.The fundamentals of thoroughly balancing regional education level lie in realizing education equity and equality from the source through inter-school communication,teacher interaction,home-school cooperation,strengthening the joint efforts of school,family and students,reducing house prices and alleviating family pressure,so that every school-age child can enjoy the same teaching resources.
