摘　　要：产业生态网络是基于工业共生思想的新型产业组织形式,大大提高了园区内企业的技术创新能力、市场应变能力和成员参与度,增加了企业研发的溢出可能性。通过建立一个线性的、同质产品的古诺双寡头模型,分析研发外溢对企业间研发合作与竞争的影响,并假设企业进行两期博弈,第一期选择研发密度,第二期进行产量竞争,再用逆向归纳法来求解博弈,最后得出一些符合实际活动的结论。The industrial ecological network is a new type of industrial organization based on the idea of industrial symbiosis. It greatly improves the technological innovation capability, market resilience and membership participation of enterprises in the park, and increases the possibility of spillovers of enterprise R&D. This paper establishes a cournot duopoly model of linear and homogeneous products, and analyzes the impact of R&D spillovers on R&D cooperation and competition among enterprises. In the whole analysis, it is assumed that the company conducts two-stage games, the first phase selecting the density of research and development, the second phase carrying out the production competition, and using the inverse induction method to solve the game. Finally, some conclusions are drawn that are consistent with real economic activities.
