摘 要:根据瑞典政府对高校教育质量保障体系的要求和评估,产教融合机制作为培养应用型人才的手段之一,一直是瑞典高校教育关注的重点。瑞典隆德大学是北欧著名高校,该校遵循瑞典高等教育教学评估理念,近年来在"案例教学"的大背景下促进人才培养和区域经济的紧密联系,在校企合作和学生实践课程设置上做了有益的试探,主要从专业教学、企业合作、案例研究、竞赛、硬件平台、社团等六个方面来实施高质量的产教融合机制,并从教学实效、学术交流、社会评价三方面反馈实践教学的意义和成效。虽然文章给出的很多举措是隆德大学量身定制的,但对于我国高校的校企合作和产学研建设也有一定参考作用。With the Swedish government's emphasis on the teaching quality of higher education institutions,the industry-education integration mechanism is one of the means to cultivate application-oriented talents,and has been the focus of higher education.As a famous Nordic university,Lund University in Sweden has accumulated lots experiences in the co-operation with enterprises and fundation in practice courses.The university follows the Swedish higher education teaching evaluation system,and implements the“case teaching”background,promotes the links between the talents and regional economy,and implements the quality education integration mechanism through the major,enterprises,research,contests,hardware and student associations.At last,the teaching effect,academic communication and the social evaluation feedback to university.Although many of the measurements in this paper are tailor-made by Lund University,however,it also plays a certain role in reference and makes construction to the cooperation between universities and enterprises in China.
