摘 要:为了提高沥青混合料压实后的力学性能进而增强沥青路面抗疲劳强度,提出采用真空压实的方法实现沥青混合料力学性能的改进。以基于双钢轮压路机结构进行设计并制造的真空压实样机对沥青混合料进行静碾压、真空静碾压、振动压实、真空振动压实四种工况下的压实试验,结果表明,无论是静碾压或是振动压实,采用真空压实的累积压实沉降量明显高于常规压实的;测试沥青混合料马歇尔稳定度和模数发现,真空静碾压和真空振动压实下的马歇尔稳定度和模数分别比单纯静碾压和单纯振动压实的高,结果表明,同等试验条件下,真空压实提高了沥青混合料的强度;对不同工况下的劈裂强度试验结果表明,真空静碾压下的劈裂强度比单纯静碾压下的提高了5. 7%,真空振动压实下的劈裂强度比振动压实下的提高了9. 8%,可见真空压实效果明显;研究结果表明,沥青路面建设中引入真空压实以加强沥青路面中材料结构的排列,提高压实度,强化内部微观结构从而提高其力学性能。In order to improve the mechanical properties of asphalt mixture and to enhance the fatigue strength of asphalt pavement, a vacuum compaction method is studied. The vacuum compaction prototype designed and manufactured based on the structure of double steel wheel roller is used to make compaction tests of asphalt mixture prepared by vacuum static rolling,vibratorycompaction and vacuum vibration compaction,the test results show that the cumulative compaction settlement of vacuum compaction is obviously higher than that of conventional compaction. To test the Marshall stability and modulus of asphalt mixture, whether it is static rolling or vibratory compaction. the Marshall stability and modulus of static and vacuum vibration compaction are respectively higher than that of pure static rolling and pure vibration compaction. The experimental results indicated that the vacuum compaction improves the strength of asphalt mixture under the same experimental environment,and the test results of splitting strength under different working conditions show that the splitting strength under vacuum hydrostatic compaction is 5. 7 higher than that under pure hydrostatic compaction,and the splitting strength under vacuum vibration compaction is 9. 8 %higher than that under vibratory compaction. It is found that vacuum compaction used to construct asphalt pavement could improve the mechanical properties of asphalt pavement by strengthening the arrangement of material structure,improving the compaction degree and the internal micro-structure.
