摘  要:目的探讨视频观摩与集中示教的不同先后顺序对护生进行新生儿复苏培训效果的影响。方法选取2014级护理本科一个班级176名学生作为研究对象,将其随机分为A组(先视频观摩再集中示教组)和B组(先集中示教再视频观摩组)。培训后立即进行理论考试和操作考核,并进行问卷调查。比较两组护生的理论成绩和操作成绩的差异,同时比较两组护生对课程的反馈。结果两组护生的理论成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);但A组的操作成绩高于B组,且主要集中在正压通气、气管插管、心脏按压及整体表现4个方面,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在护生的课程反馈上,A组在促进理论与实践的结合、激发学习主动性和增强团队协作意识方面优于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论先视频观摩再集中示教相比于先集中示教再视频观摩,能使护生更好地掌握新生儿复苏操作技能。Objective To explore whether the sequence of video observation and concentrated teaching affects the training of neonatal resuscitation program.Methods A total of 176 nursing undergraduates in grade 2014 were randomly selected as the study subjects,which was randomly assigned to A group (video observation followed by concentrated teaching) and B group (concentrated teaching followed by video observation).The theoretical examination and practice examination were conducted immediately after the training,and the questionnaire survey was conducted.The differences between the two groups in theoretical and operational performance,and the feedback of the two groups to the curriculum were compared.Results There was no significant difference in theoretical achievement between the two groups (P>0.05).However, the operating performance of group A was higher than that of group B, and it was mainly concentrated in positive pressure ventilation,tracheal intubation,cardiac compression and overall performance,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In the course feedback of nursing students,group A was superior to group B in promoting the combination of theory and practice,stimulating learning initiative and enhancing the sense of teamwork,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared to the concentrated teaching followed by video observation,the video observation followed by concentrated teaching can help nursing students to master the skills of neonatal resuscitation better.
