晚期肺癌急性非大面积肺栓塞的治疗方法探究

摘　　要：目的探究华法林联合低分子肝素治疗晚期肺癌急性非大面积肺栓塞的效果。方法选取我院2016年7月—2017年8月收治的80例晚期肺癌急性非大面积肺栓塞患者作为研究对象。依据随机数字表方法,将80例患者划分为观察组与对照组,每组患者各40例。对照组40例患者治疗药物为低分子肝素,观察组40例患者治疗药物为华法林联合低分子肝素,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 (1)观察组治疗总有效率为95.0%,对照组治疗总有效率为77.5%,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);(2)观察组治疗后症状积分低于对照组,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论华法林联合低分子肝素治疗晚期肺癌急性非大面积肺栓塞效果良好。Objective To investigate the effect of warfarin combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of advanced lung cancer with acute non-massive pulmonary embolism.Methods 80 cases of patients with advanced lung cancer with acute non-massive pulmonary embolism admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,80 patients were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.40 patients in the control group were treated with low molecular weight heparin.In the observation group,40 patients were treated with warfarin combined with low molecular weight heparin.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results (1) The total effective rate was 95.0% in the observation group and 77.5% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).(2) After treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Warfarin combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of advanced lung cancer with acute Non-large area pulmonary embolism is effective and has clinical value.
