摘  要:目的:探索我国《病免》教学的研究现状,为《病免》教学提供借鉴与参考.方法:以中国知网网络出版总库(CNKI)为数据来源,检索关于《病免》教学的相关文献,利用Prism8和Micro-soft Office Excel 2007软件统计1998-2018年全部数据,对文献发表年代、来源数据库、基金资助、期刊分布、被引频次、高频关键词进行计量学分析,对文献的内容进行理性分析.结果:共得到234篇文献,文献数量呈现较快增长,累计发文量呈现"S"型增长;文献主要来源于中国学术期刊网络出版总库,占比为98.29%;受省部级基金资助文献数量少,占比为1.71%;理论研究的文献较多,占总数的79.56%;文献发表在学报及以上有27篇,占总数11.54%;文献发表在34种期刊上面,发表文献较多的期刊是《卫生职业教育》和《山西医科大学报(基础医学教育版)》;被引频次10次以上的文献只有13篇;除掉与检索主题词相关的术语外,排在前三的关键词是教学改革、教学、教学方法.结论:我国《病免》教学的研究越来越多,但研究的理论水平不够深入,缺少实用性强、普及度大的新型教学法研究,需要加大从政府层面支持的系统深入研究,并要加大支持具体教学成果的应用推广.objective The aims are to explore the research status of pathogen biology and immunology teaching in China,and to provide references for pathogen biology and immunology teaching. Methods Literatures related to s uperfine powder res earch in m edicine field from CNKI were s earched by com puters. Note Expres s 3.1 s oftware and Micros oft Office Excel 2007 s oftware were us ed to conduct m etrology analys is on publication year,source database,fund support,periodical distribution,cited frequency,and high-frequency key words. Results A total of 234 literatures were obtained,and the number of literatures increased rapidly. The literature mainly comes from the general library of online publication of Chinese academic journals, accounting for 98.29%. The number of documents funded by provincial and ministerial funds is small, accounting for 1.71%. There are many literatures on theoretical research,accounting for 79.56% of the total number. There are 27 papers published in journals and above,accounting for 11.54% of the total number. The literatures were published in 34 journals,and the journals with more publications were Health Profession Education and Journal of Shanxi Medical Science Univ ersity (education edition of basic medicine). Only 13 papers have been cited more than 10 times. In addition to terms related to the retrieval of subject words,the top three keywords are teaching reform,teaching and teaching methods. Conclusion Disease from teaching research in China,more and more,but not enough in-depth study of theoretical level,the lack of practical research,large popularity of new teaching methods,need more support from the government level system in-depth study,and to increase the support of the application of specific teaching achievement promotion.
