摘　　要：目的:探讨神经性厌食症(AN)患者的血浆催产素(OT)水平及其与临床特征的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫法分别测定41例AN患者治疗前和随访时血浆OT水平,通过自身前后对照,分析AN患者前后3次血浆OT水平改变及其与临床特征变化之间的关系。结果:随访1个月及3个月时血浆OT水平分别为(90.10±30.54)pg/ml和(93.65±42.15)pg/ml,较治疗前(86.54±32.45)pg/ml有所升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访前后血浆OT水平及临床症状变化程度无相关性(P均>0.05)。结论:AN患者存在OT系统代谢异常,随着AN治疗3个月后症状改善,血浆OT水平无明显变化,提示血浆OT水平有可能是AN的一个属性指标。Objective: To explore the change of plasma oxytocin(OT) levels and clinical features in patients with AN after 1 months and 3 months follow-up study. Method: The plasma OT levels of the samples were determined with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The change of plasma OT level was compared before and after the treatment among the different prognosis groups. Results: Compared to the baseline [(86.54±32.45) pg/ml],the plasma OT levels in the first month follow-up [(90.10±30.54) pg/ml] and the third month follow-up [(93.65±42.15) pg/ml] showed no significant difference( P >0.05).There was no significant correlation between plasma OT level and clinical symptoms before and after follow-up(all P >0.05). Conclusion: There is abnormal activity of OT system in AN.With the improvement of symptoms after 1 months and 3 months,there is no significant change in the average plasma OT level,indicating that the plasma OT level may be a quality factor of AN.
