摘　　要：目的探讨层级管理对药房工作人员职业倦怠感及工作质量的影响。方法选取医院2016年7月至2018年1月的药房工作人员40名,随机分为对照组和观察组,各20名。对照组进行常规管理,观察组进行层级管理。结果干预后,观察组的职业倦怠感(MBI-GS量表)、工作效率及差错发生率均显著优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论层级管理可有效降低药房工作人员的职业倦怠感,提升药房工作质量。Objective To investigate the effect of hierarchical management on job burnout and work quality of staff in pharmacy.Methods Totally 40 staff in the pharmacy from July 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,20 cases in each group.The control group was given routine management,while the observation group was given hierarchical management.Results After the intervention,the MBI-GS scale,work efficiency and error rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical management can effectively reduce the job burnout of staff in pharmacy and improve the work quality of pharmacy.
