摘　　要：目的:探讨本体感觉训练对缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2017年8月至2018年2月贵阳中医学院第二附属医院住院的缺血性脑卒中患者42例,按随机数字表法分成试验组与对照组各21例。对照组采用常规康复训练,试验组在常规康复训练基础上实施本体感觉强化训练,于干预前和干预4个疗程后进行Fugl-Meyer(FMA)下肢运动功能评分和日常生活质量指数比较。结果:试验组与对照组一般基线资料比较以及干预前FMA评分和日常生活质量指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预4个疗程后,试验组FMA评分和日常生活质量指数明显改善,较对照组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:本体感觉训练有助于改善缺血性脑卒中患者偏瘫肢体的下肢运动功能和生活质量。Objective: To investigate the effects of proprioceptive training on lower extremity motor function and life quality in patients with hemiplegia due to ischemic stroke. Methods: A total of 42 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group , with 21 patients in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training. The experimental group received proprioceptive intensive training on the basis of routine rehabilitation training. The Fugl-Meyer (FMA) lower limb motor function score and daily life quality index were compared before and after the intervention. Results: There was no significant difference in the baseline data, FMA score and daily life quality score between the experimental group and the control group before intervention ( P >0.05). After 4 sessions of intervention, the FMA score and daily life quality score of the experimental group were significantly improved, which was statistically different from the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Proprioception training can improve the lower limb motor function and quality of life of hemiplegia in patients with ischemic stroke.
