摘 要:为了更有效的提取变工况下滚动轴承的故障特征,抑制振动信号中由转速或载荷波动引起的趋势项。文章针对变工况条件下的滚动轴承故障诊断,提出了一种基于Envelope函数与包络阶次谱的变工况下滚动轴承故障诊断。在传统的故障诊断方法中,求某一信号包络时用的最多的是希尔伯特变换,但并不是希尔伯特变换适用于所有信号包络的情况。文章运用契比雪夫滤波方法提高信号中的信噪比,为避免转速升降、波动或载荷变化引起的趋势项对测试信号的影响,用Envelope函数计算信号包络。通过仿真数据和实验数据分析表明基于Envelope函数的包络能更有效的计算出变工况下调幅信号中的调制阶次,用切比雪夫波滤波可以使得变工况下信号中故障特征阶次更加明显,更有利于故障识别,为变工况下的机械故障诊断提供参考。In order to more effectively extract the fault characteristics of rolling bearings under the variable condition, Inhibition of the trend caused by fluctuation of speed or load, this paper proposes a envelope order spectrum based on Envelope function under the variable condition of rolling bearing fault diagnosis. In the traditional fault diagnosis methods, When calculating a signal envelope use most is the Hilbert transform, but not the Hilbert transform is suitable for all of the signal envelope.Method of chebyshev filtering is used to improve SNR of signal, In order to avoid trend’s influence caused by speed rise and fall or load change on the test signal, the signal was calculated by the Envelope function package. The simulation data and experimental data analysis shows that envelope based on the Envelope function can be more effective to calculate Calculate the amplitude modulated signal in the orde underthe variable condition. Using Chebyshev filtering can make the signal in the fault feature under the condition of order time more obvious, more conducive to the fault identification, provide a reference for the mechanical fault diagnosis under the variable condition.
