摘　　要：城市独有的历史沿革、地域特征和风土人情,构成了它的地域文化特色。无锡这座具有独特个性魅力的江南名城将崇文重教、兼容并包、开放进取等精神内核传承至今,需要将中华优秀传统文化的无锡地域性特征呈现出来,将传统与现代有机结合,充分发挥其育人价值。为此,必须深入挖掘城市文脉资源,延续先贤人文意气,激发开放进取精神,拓展无锡文化的时代价值。Regional cultural characteristics of a city are constituted by the unique historical evolution, regional characteristics and local customs of the city. Wuxi, a famous city in the south of the Yangtze River with unique personality charm, has inherited the spiritual core of worshiping culture, emphasizing education, being inclusive, being open and enterprising. There is need to present Wuxi’s regional characteristics of Chinese excellent traditional culture, combine tradition with modern organically and give full play to its educational value. Hence it is a must to further tap the urban context resources, continue the humanistic spirit of the sages, stimulate the spirit of openness and enterprising, and expand Wuxi culture’s value of times.
