法国精英工程师培养模式下的课程建设与持续改进

摘　　要：中欧航空工程师学院系统引入法国精英工程师培养体系的有益尝试,已经运行数年。本文以中欧学院"传感器"课程为例简述了一些课程建设过程中的心得体会。首先简要分析了原课程所存在的问题,指出了课程建设的必要性。接下来从参考书选择与课程资料准备、教学模式选择和引导学生从事工程研究三个大方面进行阐述,指出课程建设工作不但是一项长期坚持的重要工作,更应是一项能够做出特点、做出特色的工作。The Sino-European Institute of Aviation Engineering, as a useful attempt to introduce the French elite engineer training system, has been running for several years. This paper takes the "Sensor" course of the institute as an example to describe some experience in the course construction. Firstly, it briefly analyzes the problems existing in the original course and points out the necessity of curriculum construction. Then, from the three aspects of reference book selection and curriculum material preparation, teaching mode selection and guiding students to engage in engineering research, it is pointed out that the curriculum construction work is not only a long-term important work, but also a characteristic work.
