摘　　要：本文调研了高职护理专业近三年毕业生就业情况,并对就业率、专业对口率、就业渠道等数据进行分析,为护理专业人才培养方案的修订提供依据。为提高护理专业学生的就业,进一步优化课程体系,将专业教学与实际工作所需知识、技能相融合,加强学生核心能力、综合素质训练,提高学生整体素质,使学生的就业竞争力增强。This paper investigates the employment situation of nursing graduates in higher vocational colleges in recent three years, and analyzes the data of employment rate, professional matching rate and employment channel, which provides the basis for the revision of nursing talents training program. In order to improve the employment of nursing students, we further optimize the curriculum system, combine the knowledge and skills required by professional teaching and practical work, strengthen the students' core competence, comprehensive quality training, improve the overall quality of students, so as to enhance the competitiveness of students in employment.
