摘 要:通过聚合乳液浸泡轻骨料混凝土可以有效改善轻骨料混凝土的耐久性能。通过聚合乳液改性轻骨料混凝土梁的受弯性能试验,系统研究了海水浸泡和海水干湿循环两种海洋环境下该梁的受弯性能。试验结果表明:聚合乳液改性轻骨料混凝土梁的裂缝开展和破坏情况和轻骨料混凝土梁的基本相同;在正常环境、海水浸泡和干湿循环环境下,聚合乳液改性轻骨料混凝土梁的极限承载力相比轻骨料混凝土梁分别增长了4.4%、9.9%、13.1%,经过海水浸泡和干湿循环后的聚合乳液改性轻骨料混凝土梁的极限承载力与正常环境下的基本相同。试验结果为聚合乳液改性轻骨料混凝土梁在海洋工程中的应用提供了一定依据。Soaking the lightweight aggregate concrete by polymerization emulsion can effectively improve the durability of lightweight aggregate concrete.The bending behavior of lightweight aggregate concrete beams polymerized by emulsion polymerization was studied systematically.The flexural behavior of the beam under both seawater immersion and seawater wet-dry cycles was systematically studied.The results show that the initiation and failure of cracks in polymerized emulsion modified lightweight aggregate concrete beams are basically the same as those of lightweight aggregate concrete beams.Under normal circumstances,seawater immersion and wet-dry cycles,the polymerization emulsion modified lightweight aggregate concrete ultimate bearing capacity of beams increased by 4.4%,9.9% and 13.1% respectively compared with that of light-weight concrete beams.The ultimate load-bearing capacity of polymer latex modified light-weight aggregate concrete beams subjected to seawater immersion and wet-dry cycles is basically the same as in normal environment.The experimental results provide some evidences for the application of polymerized emulsion modified lightweight aggregate concrete beams in offshore engineering.
