摘　　要：为解决基层信息网络安全工作遇到的实际问题,贵州省针对基层人员欠缺网络安全专业技能、经费不足等情况,依据疾控机构相关建设标准和规范性文件,通过加强省级集中管控,把网络安全建设与优化管理维护工作结合起来,提出相应的网络安全建设模式。In order to solve the problems encountered in the security work of grassroots information network, and in view of the lack of professional skills and insufficient funds for network security for the grassroots personnel in Guizhou province, this paper put forward corresponding network security construction mode through strengthening the provincial centralized control and the combine the network security construction with optimal management and maintenance work base on the relevant construction standards and normative documents of the disease control and control institutions.
