摘　　要：介绍了综合医院医技检查全预约平台的建设实践。通过该信息平台的建设整合全院的临床检查需求和检查资源供给,打通了信息流,实现了一站式服务。引入计划排程方法,在不增加设备和辅助检查部门医生工作时间的情况下,有效提高供需匹配度,减少门诊和住院患者检查前的等待时间,提高辅助检查部门服务临床的能力。This paper introduced the design and application of medical examination reservation information platformin general hospital. Though the construction of the platform, the information of both the medical examination requirements and resources were integrated, and the information ?ow of booking and examining work was built and one-stop service was realized. The introduction of scheduling system can effectively improve the matching of supply and demand, reduce patients waiting time before the examination, and improve the clinical service ability of the auxiliary examination department without increasing equipment and doctors’ working hours.
