摘　　要：本文分析了华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院多院区一体化管理新形势,以及当前信息技术(IT)运维现状与面临的挑战,建立了以流程为导向的统一的IT运维服务管理系统(TJ-ITSMs),以实现日常IT运维工作规范化、临床诉求(故障)处理闭环化、安全风险可控化、运行状态可视化。介绍了TJ-ITSM系统的整体架构、系统功能组成,以及实现系统功能的关键技术。This paper analyzes the current situation of the integrated management of multi-institution of Tongji Hospital Af?liated to Tongji Medical CollegeHuaZhong University of Science and Technology, as well as the challenges of current IT operation and maintenance. A process-oriented and uni?ed IT operation and maintenance service management system(TJ-ITSMs) was established to achieve standardized daily operation and maintenance, the closed loop of clinical appeals(failures) processing, the controllable of risks and the visualization of operation. The overall architecture, functional modules and key technologies of TJ-ITSMs are introduced.
