摘　　要：目的:研究滤泡辅助性T细胞(Tfh)的相关分子标记物B细胞淋巴瘤家族基因6(Bcl-6)和可诱导共刺激分子(ICOS)在根尖周囊肿和根尖周肉芽肿中的表达。方法:收集24例慢性根尖周炎病损组织作为病例组,10例健康牙的牙周组织作为对照组。H-E染色观察根尖周组织的形态结构,免疫组织化学法及PCR法检测Bcl-6和ICOS蛋白及mRNA的表达。结果:免疫组织化学显色显示Bcl-6和ICOS在根尖周囊肿和根尖周肉芽肿病损组织中的蛋白表达水平显著高于对照组;PCR检测显示Tfh细胞的Bcl-6和ICOS在根尖周囊肿和根尖周肉芽肿病损组织中的mRNA表达水平均高于对照组。结论:Bcl-6和ICOS可能与根尖周囊肿和根尖周肉芽肿密切相关。Objective : To investigate the expression of follicular helper T cells(Tfh)-associated molecular marker B cell lymphoma 6(Bcl-6) and inducible costimulator(ICOS) in periapical cysts and periapical granuloma. Methods : A total of 24 chronic periapical lesion tissues as case group and 10 normal periodontal ligament tissues as control group were collected respectively. The morphological structure of the periapical tissue was observed under the microscope.The expression of protein in the sample was detected by immunohistochemistry. The localizations of Bcl-6 and ICOS protein were observed under the microscope. The mRNA expression was detected by PCR. Results : The protein expression levels of Bcl-6 and ICOS in periapical cysts and periapical granulomas lesions were significantly higher than those in normal control group by immunohistochemical staining. The mRNA expression levels of Bcl-6 and ICOS of Tfh cells in periapical cysts and periapical granuloma lesions were detected by PCR, and were higher than those in normal control group. Conclusion : Bcl-6 and ICOS may be closely related to periapical cysts and periapical granuloma.
