摘 要:目的观察认知行为治疗对失眠症的疗效。方法选择2017年1月~2018年1月在我院失眠科就诊的失眠症患者120例作为研究对象,以不同治疗方案分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组用药物治疗,观察组在此基础上增加认知行为干预。对比两种治疗方案对睡眠质量、SCL-90评分、治疗总有效率的影响。结果观察组睡眠质量、SCL-90评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在失眠症治疗过程中,实施认知行为治疗,即可改善睡眠质量及症状自评情况,又能提高治疗总有效率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy on insomnia.Methods 120 patients with insomnia who visited the insomnia department of our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes, 120 patients were divided into control group and experimental group, 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drugs, and the experimental group was treated with cognitive behavior intervention.Compared the effects of two treatment schemes on sleep quality, SCL-90 score and total effective rate of treatment.Results Compared with the control group, the sleep quality and SCL-90 score of the experimental group were lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of insomnia, cognitive behavioral therapy can not only improve the quality of sleep and self-evaluation of symptoms, but also improve the total effective rate of treatment, which is worthy of clinical application.
