摘 要:中药合理用药体现在以产地、采集、炮制为基础的质量观;以对证用药为主体的治疗观;以炮制、配伍、禁忌为基础的增效减毒观;以剂量、用法为基础的疗效、安全观;以物尽其用为主导思想的中药经济观。根据合理用药的原则,对中药学蕴含的合理用药思想进行发掘,从而形成中药合理应用的系统思想。探讨中药学蕴含的合理用药思想,展现中药合理应用的系统思维,培养学生使用中药的科学方法。中药合理用药有独特的系统思维和行之有效的系统方法,在中药学教学中,应通过产地、采集、炮制、对证用药、配伍、禁忌、剂量、用法等内容,发掘其保证中药有效性、安全性的价值,引导学生建立系统的中药合理应用思维。The rational use of traditional medicine is embodied in the concept of quality based on the origin ,collection and preparing of the material,in the concept of treatment with medication as its main part,in the concept of synergy and attenuation based on preparing,compatibility and taboo,in the concept of effectiveness and safety based on dosage and usage,and in the traditional medicine economic concept with the best use of the material.According to the principle of rational use of drug,the idea of rational drug use contained in Chinese Materia Medica is explored,thus forming a systematic idea of rational application of TCM.This paper means to explore the idea of rational use of drug contained in TCM,to show the systematic thinking of the rational use of TCM,and to cultivate students scientific methods when using TCM.The rational use of TCM has its unique systemic thinking and effective and systematic method .In the teaching of TCM,one should explore the valuable ingredients that ensure the effectiveness and safety of the TCM,and help students to establish a systematic idea about the rational use of TCM through the origin,collection,preparing,medication,compatibility,contraindications,dosage,usage and other contents of the medicine.
