摘 要:目的:对于采用机力通风逆流湿式冷却塔的燃气电厂,冷却塔运行时的噪声会给周围人员带来很大健康隐患,旨在降低风扇叶片表面非定常脉动压力引起的空气动力学噪声。方法:考虑泡沫材料的降噪特性,在风扇叶片上分别粘贴泡沫棉和泡沫镍两种材料以探究其对降低风扇气动噪声的效果。结果:相较于原风扇模型,在使用泡沫棉材料后,降噪1.82 dBA,流量减少0.4 m^3/s,使用泡沫棉材料后,降噪2.93 dBA,流量减少0.87 m^3/s。结论:泡沫镍的降噪效果优于泡沫棉,但气动性能却弱于泡沫棉。Aims:The noise of the mechanical ventilation counter-flow wet cooling tower of the power plant brings great health risks to the people around.This paper aims to decrease the aerodynamic noise caused by unsteady fluctuating pressure on the fan blade surface.Methods:Two materials of foam cotton and foam nickel were adhered to the blades of the fan respectively to study their effects on fan aerodynamic noise reducing.Results:The foam cotton decreased the noise by 1.82 dBA and the flow rate by 0.4 m^3/s.The foam nickel decreased the noise by2.93 dBA and flow rate by 0.87 m^3/s.Conclusions:The foam nickel has better noise reduction effect than the foam cotton,but the aerodynamic performance of the foam nickel is weaker than that of the foam cotton.
