摘　　要：目的:研究岩木瓜提取物对内皮细胞氧化损伤的保护作用、体外抗氧化活性,以及抑制血小板聚集的作用。方法:将岩木瓜提取物与内皮细胞孵育1 h后,用150μmol/L的H_2O_2作用4 h诱导细胞损伤。采用MTT法测定细胞存活率。通过一种无细胞氧化反应研究其抗氧化作用。以二磷酸腺苷(adenosine diphosphate,ADP)、血小板活化因子(platelet-activating factor,PAF)为诱导剂,采用Born比浊法测定各样品对体外血小板聚集的影响。结果:岩木瓜提取物能保护H_2O_2诱导的内皮细胞氧化损伤,显著降低氧化产物水平,并且对血小板聚集有一定的抑制作用。结论:岩木瓜提取物可能具有内皮细胞保护作用、体外抗氧化作用,以及一定的抑制血小板聚集作用。Objective : To investigate the protective effects of Ficus tsiangii extracts on oxidative injuries of endothelial cells by H 2 O 2 ,anti-oxidant activity in vitro and anti-platelet aggregation activity. Methods : Endothelial cells were incubated with F. tsiangii extracts for 1 h,and then were exposed to 150 μmol/L H 2 O 2 for 4 h to induce oxidative injuries.Cell viability was determined by MTT assay.The antioxidant activity of F. tsiangii extracts in vitro was evaluated by a cell-free oxidation reaction.Anti-platelet aggregation activity of F. tsiangii extracts was assayed in the Born turbidimetric method using adenosine diphosphate(ADP) and platelet- activating factor(PAF) as inducers. Results : F. tsiangii extracts could protect endothelial cells from H 2 O 2 - induced oxidative damages, lower the concentrations of oxidative products and also moderately inhibit platelet aggregation. Conclusion : F. tsiangii extracts might have the effects of protecting endothelial cells from oxidative injuries induced by H 2 O 2 ,and have anti-oxidant and anti-platelet aggregation activities in vitro .
