摘　　要：目的探讨原发性三叉神经痛微血管减压术中注意事项和术后恢复情况。方法回顾性分析焦作市煤业集团中央医院2007-01—2017-01收治的610例原发性三叉神经痛患者的资料。结果本组患者610例,术后随访,根据Brisman疗效评定标准评价,519例治愈(85.08%),31例显效(5.08%),27例有效(4.42%),33例无效(5.40%)。结论微血管减压术是治疗原发性三叉神经痛的首选方法,且治愈率高。"零牵拉"技术、不用电凝双极、术中精细操作、充分的小脑保护及硬脑膜的严密闭合可有效减少术后并发症。Objective To investigate the precautions and postoperative recovery of microvascular decompression in primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods The data of 610 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia admitted to the Central Hospital of Jiaozuo Coal Industry Group from January 2007 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Results A total of 610 patients in this group were followed up.According to Brisman's efficacy evaluation criteria,519 cases were cured (85.08%),31 cases were markedly effective (5.08%),27 cases were effective (4.42%),and 33 cases were ineffective (5.40%). Conclusion Microvascular decompression is the first choice for the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia with a high cure rate."Zero pull" technology,no electrocoagulation bipolar,intraoperative fine operation,adequate cerebellar protection and tight closure of the dura mater can effectively reduce postoperative complications.
