摘  要:为减少浅圆仓粮食入仓自动分级导致的杂质、破碎集聚问题,提高储粮稳定性,中央储备粮广东新沙港直属库有限公司与江门市振达机械制造有限公司联合进行了一种筒式仓阀控式防分级装置研发和制造,并进行了实仓试验。试验表明,浅圆仓安装阀控式防分级装置后,大豆入仓过程中能有效减缓粮食自动分级,解决了粮堆中心部位杂质、破碎聚集问题,明显改善了整仓通风均匀性,提高了出仓效率,降低了清仓作业的风险,提高大豆储藏稳定性。A barrel type valve-controlled anti-grading device was developed,manufactured,andtested by State Reserve Guangdong Xinshagang Depot Co., Ltd. and Jiangmen Zhenda Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in order to alleviate the agglomeration of impurities and fragmentation caused by automatic grading of grain in the process of entering the squat silo and improve the stability of grain reserve.Experiments show that the automatic grading of soybean can be effectively slowed down in the process of entering the warehouse by installing a valve-controlled anti-grading device in the squat silo, which solves the agglomeration of impurities and fragmentation in the center of the grain bulk, improves the ventilation uniformity of the whole warehouse, improves the efficiency of the warehouse output, reduces the risk of cleaning and improves the storage stability of soybean.
