三级医院探索医养结合养老服务SWOT分析

摘　　要：国家近年关于养老服务中医养结合相关政策,提出三级医院应在后续的养老服务工作中发挥龙头作用。以国内目前在医养结合领域探索取得进展的三家大型三级医院的医养融合居家养老模式为例,分析三级医院在医养结合养老服务探索中的内外环境方面的优势与劣势,进而对三级医院在医养结合养老服务探索方面提出相关建议。In recent years,the state has proposed that hospitals of grade three should play a leading role in the follow-up work of elderly care by combining relevant policies of TCM and nursing for the elderly.Taking the home-based care of medical and nursing integration of hospitals of grade three that have made progress in the field of medical and nursing integration in China as an example,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of hospitals of grade three in the exploration of the combined medical care and elderly care services in the internal and external environment,and then puts forward the relevant suggestions for hospitals of grade three in the exploration of combined medical care and elderly care services.
