摘  要:供给侧结构性改革背景下,我国制造企业兼并重组所面临的劳资矛盾呈现结构性特征,不同行业差别明显。本文基于东部沿海地区六个行业企业的调查,分析和比较了不同行业企业的雇员和谐感受、劳动关系协调力及其路径系数、雇佣关系目的。研究表明,我国制造企业的和谐程度不高而且不同行业差异显著,我国制造企业劳动关系的治理主要依靠劳资自治,不同行业企业的公平、效率和发言权的平衡性差异显著。因此,建议进一步规范制造企业间的兼并重组,进一步加强制造企业的工会工作,政府在劳动关系协调中要发挥更大的指导作用,并加强重点区域、重点行业不稳定因素的预防。Under the background of supply-side structural reform,the labor conflicts caused by the merger and reorganization of manufacturing enterprises in China show structural characteristics,and the labor conflict differences between different industries are obvious.Based on the survey of the enterprises of six industries in the eastern coastal areas,the harmonious feelings among employees in different industries,the labor coordination and its path coefficient,and the purpose of the employment relationship are analyzed and compared in this paper.The research shows that the degree of employee harmony feeling of manufacturing enterprises in our country is not high and there are significant differences among them of different industries.The management of the labor relations of manufacturing enterprises in our country depends mainly on the autonomy of labor and capital,and there are obvious differences in the balance of equity,efficiency and voice of different industries.Therefore,it is suggested that the merger and reorganization among manufacturing enterprises should be further standardized,the labor union work of manufacturing enterprises should be further strengthened,and the government should play a greater guiding role in the coordination of labor relations and strengthen the prevention of unstable factors in key regions and industries.
